Appointment Cancellation Policy
To respect the time reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service for the first occurrence.

A second late cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

No-shows, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all clients efficiently.
A credit card is required to secure your appointment and will be automatically charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
